A lark in the park Thursday 8th July 6pm onwards

We are planning to have a relaxing social get-together in the park, bringing our own picnic & drink. This will take place in Endcliffe Park, on the field in front of the cafe. We will be there from @6pm onwards, so come come along for a chill & possibly a game of rounders or 2 if you want.

Make sure you bring warm clothing, food (or there's a nice chippy nearby:eat:) some drink & something to sit on. If the weather suddenly changes, we can run to a nearby pub instead. drunken

I'll be there, and will bring the rounders sets, and the badminton set that we bought for the BBQ fun day. The chippys good, and theres an even better one just a little further up the road. I'll be coming from work.

Mmmm, looks like the picnic has been abandoned for chips already!! (Not that I'm complaining!)
We could always buy 2 lots of chips each, 1 from each chippy & score points for the best - all in the name of research, of course! :D

there's actually 4 chippys!! its a chip shop hot spot. But as for trying more than one I think it's a case of the spirit being willing but the stomach being weak. :)

I've never been invited to join the chip club. Got my subscription ready. I can bring salt & vinegar to the club and will try to pinch some wooden forks the next time my chippy man isn't looking
