Route: Shire brook Nature Valley Reserve - Linley Bank Meadow - Beighton Marsh Shire Brook Valley Nature Reserve

Terrain: Undulating hills, footpaths, bridalways, tracks, fields

Parking: Shire Brook Valley Local Nature Reserve Visitors Centre Car Park, Stone Lane, Woodhouse, Sheffield, S13 7BR

Refreshments: We will find a nearby pub

Toilets: None on route

Public transport: BUs no 123 departs walkley at 5:30pm or Sheffield Interchange at 5@58pm arriving at Woodhouse 6:32pm. You need to get off the bus at the Coisley Hill bus stop as the bus leaves the Mosborough parkway before it reaches Woodhouse. You then walk down Stone lane to the meeting point car park.

Walk is limited to 20 walkers for now as only one walk leader

Additinal Information: To find the car park turn onto Stone Lane (Woodhouse West Primary School playing field is on the left). The lane also has Trans Pennine Trail ad visitor facility signs at the junction. Follow Stone Lane (a bumpy tarmac road) for about 1/4 mile. There is a brick dust car park on your right. The Visitor Centre is about 50 m down the path leading from the car park.
